Ultimate Star was created for our working-class families needing a tremendous amount of support and assistance with affordable housing. We are in the business of selling or buying multi-family units greater than 5-to-100-unit properties based on the income that is generated or expected to be generated by our properties. We offer our investors and partners a way of generating real, long-term, by providing simple access into the exciting world of commercial real estate investing. When we work together, everyone from investors down to the tenants and families we serve wins!
